How did climate change start is basically divided into two different beliefs. Firstly I would like to state that no matter what the cause of the increasing changes of climate the truth is that what will happen to the earth is going to be devastating. On one side of these beliefs is that it’s a natural cycle and the other is that we as human have caused the problem. Natural causes can certainly be responsible for this. The earth is tilting as well as the rest of the solar system. These changes in our axis will cause climate change, and affect many other aspects of nature such as volcano’s, and ocean currents just o name a few. Natural causes are definitely something that could be argued and argued well, but the same goes for the human activities as the cause of this climate change. Human induced activities have definitely played a part in the self destruction of the doom of the earth. There are things that we do that releases a great amount of pollution into the air, and if we think that this isn’t going to have some type of affect on the earth than you are kidding yourself. Daily car use, constant tearing down of trees and the list goes on and on. Each of these things will release some type of gas into the air, including carbon dioxide. There is absolutely no doubting that the levels of carbon dioxide have been increasing. Is it coincidence that the levels increase at the same time as the problems began? I don’t know. There are however natural causes that will also release a large amount of carbon dioxide into the air, and these are due to volcanic eruptions. We all know the effects that this has immediately – short term climate changes that are drastic is just one of them. So if these volcanic eruptions that are filled with high levels of carbon dioxide can change the weather why is it so unbelievable that we are the one’s that are changing the climate now? Many people don’t want to hear the real answer for the age old question, how did climate change start, because most of the evidence is pointing to us. This will increase the unemployment rates as the staffing levels will have to be changed in order to compensate for these decreases in revenue that employers are experiencing. It is not only the small businesses that are being hit by the crunch. It is being shown in the big business sector as well. The automotive industry is a prime example of a large business suffering from the credit crunch. They are laying off massive numbers across the country in efforts to stay solvent. Although they have made billions and billions over the years, some of their poor choices in prior years have started to show in this their downfall. Unfortunately with all the jobs that have been lost globally because of the auto sector it is showing the full effects of how the credit crunch is creating a lot of suffering for many other businesses. Not just the ones in America, globally as well. With the new stimulus package all we can do is hope that the economy will regain its strength and become what it was before. Until then all we can do is make the best of things and trudge through as best we can.

For the year 2002, the Catch-Up Contributions begun from $1,000 and thereafter increased by $1,000 per year until in the year 2006, they reached the mark of $5,000. 3. Employer Matching Contributions: As per old 401K laws not even a single Catch-up contributions is allowed in 401K plans at present. As against this as per the updated 401K laws it is at the option of the plan sponsor to either opt to give Employer Matching Contributions as compared to the Catch-Up Contributions or not. It is worth to note that the Employer Matching Contributions on Catch-Up Contributions are in areas of certain rules which are required to be followed. Thus, the 401K laws are made keeping in view the benefits that one could avail from them from time to time. However, in case there are some problems or if there is any need for the change in the laws, then amendments are done quickly under 401K laws without wasting much time.
